Description

Reflective educator is someone who is able to look at their overall practice, including the environment provided to children, the activities that help children to learn and develop. They can look at what is going well, what might need to change in order for their practice to improve. Effective reflective practice is consistent and always works towards reflecting every day to ensure we are providing children with the best possible learning environments and outcomes possible. Meet your teacher

Having worked in early years since the age of 16 early childhood learning means everything to me, which is why I'm so passionate about ensuring a platform dedicated to our communities learning exists. I've experienced first hand the lack of genuine and affordable learning opportunities that exist within early years and trying to provide my teams with high quality and flexible training on a non-existent budget is an impossible task. Its our mission to change this.

'Take control of your child's learning.'

We signed up to The Early Years Network after loosing confidence in our child's previous setting and wanted to gain a better understanding around early years development and how our child should be learning. To say The Early Years Network completely changed our outlook of early years is putting it lightly! We'd highly recommend any new parents to sign up and take an active role in their child's learning during the early years period.
